USA EB-5 Investor Program

The USA EB-5 Investor Program is an investment-based program that allows foreign nationals to obtain a green card through investment. Under the program, foreign nationals can invest around $1 million, in a targeted employment area, in a new commercial enterprise in the United States in exchange for a green card.

One of the major benefits of the USA EB-5 Investor Program is that it provides a fast track to permanent residency in the United States. Foreign nationals who invest in the program can obtain a conditional green card within 18-24 months, and then apply for permanent residency after two years. The program also allows investors to bring their immediate family members with them, including spouses and unmarried children under the age of 21.

The USA EB-5 Investor Program has also been beneficial for the US economy. 1. US $800,000 for TEA investors and USD 1.05 million for non-TEA investors (Financing option is not allowed)
