My experience of the immigration process was very trouble-free and smooth. The staff provided sufficient guidance to take me through the application process and were able to respond all my queries and concerns. In particular I was impressed by the timely advice and guidance provided to ensure that deadlines were met. There were no serious issues with availability or document preparation.
