Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) said that people can once again use the Express Entry system to apply for permanent residency in Canada.

The last draw on September 5, 2025, gave out 228 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) through the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP).

To continue on to this round, candidates must meet the following:

   •  Minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score: 746

  •  Express Entry profile submission date: On or before March 31, 2025, at 1:39 p.m. (UTC)

To relocate to Canada through Express Entry, you need to pay attention to some special CRS score standards and artwork that is only for the program.

Express Entry Draw Results – 2025 Summary

Since 2025, people who want to work in Canada have been entering IRCC draws. Most of the people who have won these draws want to work in important fields like healthcare, social services, education, and more.

Here’s a quick snapshot of the Express Entry draws in 2025 so far:

   •  September 5, 2025: PNP draw – 228 ITAs – CRS 746

   •  September 4, 2025: French language proficiency draw – 4,500 ITAs – CRS 446

   •  September 3, 2025: CEC draw – 1,000 ITAs – CRS 534

   •  September 2, 2025: PNP draw – 249 ITAs – CRS 772

In 2025, Express Entry gave out 57,297 Invitations to Apply (ITAs).

Breakdown of Express Entry Draws in 2025

   •  Provincial Nominee Program (PNP): 17 draws

   •  Canadian Experience Class (CEC): 9 draws

   •  French-language proficiency: 5 draws

   •  Healthcare and social services: 4 draws

   •  Education stream: 1 draw

This means that IRCC is paying a lot of attention to PNP and French-language draws. Other draws, on the other hand, are focused on skilled workers and people who have worked in Canada before.

What This Means for Immigration Candidates

If you are a skilled worker, a healthcare professional, speak French, or have already worked in Canada, Express Entry 2025 gives you a lot of opportunities to gain permanent residency.

Candidates who have been nominated by a province are more likely to earn ITAs since the CRS cut-off scores for Provincial Nominee Program drawings are normally higher. French-language draws, on the other hand, have had lower CRS cut-offs. This makes them a wonderful choice for people who can speak more than one language.

✅ Key Takeaway:

The most recent Express Entry draw demonstrates that Canada is still looking for skilled immigrants to aid the economy. You will get more invitations if you keep up with the current cut-off scores and draw patterns.
